Like others have suggested I've got to assume its a DLL or something that is missing but its obviously a Windows component not an addin or why would reinstalling Windows over the top again fix it? Would be nice to get to the bottom as its probably as easy as registering a DLL or OCX or something but the Upgrade over the top again seems to fix it. I downloaded the latest ISO tool and installed again over the top and amazingly Office was performing perfectly on completion and all problems are gone.
